Your Mission:

As a Recruitment Consultant at AltGen, your primary mission is to source and connect exceptional candidates with our clients’ job mandates. This involves utilizing various communication channels to engage candidates and build a robust network. Meeting and surpassing key performance indicators and targets is paramount. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for meticulously tracking candidate and client interactions on our advanced ATS system, managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process, conducting screening calls, polishing candidate CVs, orchestrating interviews, and handling all placement administration.
