ESTABLISHED IN 2020
One of our key components to success is the people we work with and for. Our AltGen Employment Services office in Pofadder has undertaken numerous projects for the benefit of the Khâi-Ma region and its inhabitants. AltGen Employment Services has the privilege of establishing our office in the Kliphuis building on Kerk Street, which is a National Heritage Site.
We provide a customised outsourced Employment Service for our clients by assuming responsibility for the administration of the entity establishment as well as employment – including all legal compliances, statutory deductions, recordables, and employee relationship management including incentives.
WORFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
One of the challenges surrounding IPP’s ED obligations is how to create meaningful jobs. This is where AltGen’s Workforce Management Programme can help. Through a collaborative community approach with our clients, we have carried out projects such as seamstress training, installing food gardens, providing support to old age homes, assisting at post offices, and cleaning schools and police stations.
