Basic Checks
If you are looking to conduct ID, credit, and qualification checks on potential new employees, AltGen is able to assist.
We offer an all-inclusive bundled deal for new starters.
Note, that this service is only applicable to South African nationals with South African qualifications.
A maximum of 4 qualifications per candidate.

Criminal Checks
AltGen can arrange for criminal checks to be done in any major city in South Africa or you can opt to have our in-house Biometric Officer conduct criminal checks requiring a fingerprint at our offices in Stellenbosch.

Do you need to verify a new starter’s international education standing? AltGen offers checks on international degrees and certificates.

Social Media Checks

This service is for clients that need to onboard a new employee but do not have the necessary IT equipment to help their staff hit the ground running. Your firm can rent to own or purely rent phones and laptops monthly through AltGen.
