Our Workforce Management Service provides a dedicated full-function HR service to clients on a fixed term, fixed cost basis, taking full accountability for the client’s Economic Development Job Creation commitments.
A dedicated, site-based HR resource is backed by an experienced team providing organisational design competencies, including performance management, learning and development initiatives, union engagement, labour law compliance, all hiring and firing activities, HR process management including payroll execution, leave management, EE and WSP Plans, and monthly/quarterly economic development reporting.

Renewable Energy generation often happens in remote, rural communities, where both skills and job opportunities are scarce. Our Solar Works Programme, and Internship Programme, aim to provide a long- term solution to both of these constraints.
Our Solar Works Programme provides a foundation for the youth to acquire employment etiquette skills by employing them on a fixed term, two-year contract to either provide various services to the communities in which they live, or to execute on client specific Social Economic Development (SED) projects. The objective is for the youth to become ‘employable’ and either feed into our clients’ workforce or obtain employment outside of the RE sector. Our Internship Programme sees us develop, implement and manage client specific Internship programmes.
