ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION
Our Solar Works Programme provides a foundation for the youth to acquire employment etiquette skills by employing them on a fixed term, two-year contract to either provide various services to the communities in which they live, or to execute on client specific Social Economic Development (SED) projects. The objective is for the youth to become ‘employable’ and either feed into our clients’ workforce or obtain employment outside of the RE sector. Our Internship Programme sees us develop, implement and manage client specific Internship programmes.
