Our client is a rapidly expanding EPC in the Residential and Commercial sector and is on a mission to transform the residential energy landscape in South Africa and they want YOU to be part of it!
As the B2C Sales Consultant, youโll be the trusted advisor homeowners turn to when they want to gain independence from the national grid.ย Youโll receive warm leads from homeowners eager to adopt solar panels and home batteries, guiding them through the process with expert knowledge and commercial insight. Your mission will be to provide customised solar solutions that meet their energy needs and deliver significant cost savings.
Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in account, sales management, or business development within the renewable energy industry. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to turn interest into action and leads into revenue.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Virtual B2C Sales Consultations: Engage with homeowners through virtual meetings, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solar solutions that meet their energy requirements
- Convert Warm Leads into Customers: Utilise your sales skills to convert warm leads into satisfied customers, contributing to the business's growth
- Sell Solar Energy Products: Present and sell solar panels, home battery storage systems, and other renewable energy solutions to consumers, emphasizing the benefits of cost savings and environmental impact
- Build and Grow Customer Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to post-installation
- Drive Revenue in a B2C Sales Environment: Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced B2C sales environment
- Provide Personalized Solar Solutions: Advise clients on the best solar energy systems and configurations for their homes, ensuring energy efficiency, cost savings, and a smooth transition to renewable energy
- Ensure a Smooth Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales journey, ensuring the switch to solar energy is quick, seamless, and results in high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote Sustainability: Help homeowners make the transition to affordable, renewable energy, contributing to the green energy movement and a more sustainable future
