• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with personal and business banking clients, understanding their needs, market trends, and business risks while offering tailored financial solutions to enhance their success
• Sales & Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging customers with relevant banking solutions and working with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Risk & Compliance Management: Monitor market risks, ensure adherence to banking policies, and collaborate with the Credit team to assess financial risks while proactively mitigating potential losses
• Leadership & Team Collaboration: Coach and mentor junior banking staff, foster a customer-centric and results-driven team culture, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous business improvement
