    This is an opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with strong business acumen.     The ideal candidate will be qualified in sales or marketing with at least 5 years of experience in management and a commercial management background. You need to have the ability to solve complex problems, effectively formulate policy, and facilitate customer management. Experience in the sale of solar PV products and/or electrical components, developing strategic business plans, and managing multiple commercial projects is essential. Strong executive report writing skills, CRM database experience and excellent communication skills are required.

    Key areas of responsibility include legal compliance, commercial sales strategy, stakeholder relations, commercial sales management tasks, health and safety, and finance. You will need to assist in the formulation and implementation of the overall commercial sales strategy, implement team sales targets and goals, drive sales according to the commercial product portfolio, manage the project supply chain, credit and terms, and ensure that accidents and incidents are investigated, assessed, reviewed as required. Tasks also include setting KPAs and KPIs to reach sales targets, setting policies for the commercial sales department, assisting with the development of budgets, and proactively developing the company’s culture that is performance-driven. You will be responsible for the overall legal compliance of the commercial sales department, the delivery of required documentation for regulatory reporting, the health and safety and wellbeing of all commercial sales staff, and the planning and adherence to safety programmes.
