The ideal candidate will have a degree in software engineering or data engineering with 2 - 5 years of experience in data analytics in the renewable energy market. You need to have sound knowledge of photovoltaic system design and construction as well as technical expertise regarding reporting models, database design development and the use of statistical tools to analyze large datasets. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with an eagle eye for detail who can collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information with great accuracy and efficiency.

As the O&M Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert in the reporting capabilities of the O&M department and you will interact with all other departments for the interpretation of various reports. You will be responsible for generating monthly performance reports for customers on EPC and PPA portfolios, conducting weekly analyses and presenting the metrics to the team, and managing the generation of reports as well as the processes and implementation for continual improvement to ensure consistent growth and efficiency for the company. You will be responsible for acquiring data from various sources and then interpreting the data using statistical methods, locating and developing databases to extract data according to client requirements as well as identifying trends or patterns with valuable suggestions regarding solutions. You will have a strong understanding of PV and battery monitoring systems as well as the flow of data.

• Degree in Software Engineering or Data Engineering

• 2 - 5 years of experience working as a data analyst
• Technical experience with reporting models and database design development
• Sound knowledge of photovoltaic system design and construction
• Experience in managing procedures, checklists, and reporting documents
• Knowledge of statistics and using statistical tools such as Excel, etc.
• Experience in writing reports as well as presenting findings to the team

Responsibilities include generating monthly performance reports for customers on EPC and PPA portfolios, conducting weekly analyses and presenting the metrics to the team, managing report generation and team presentations, acquiring, and interpreting large datasets using statistical methods, developing and implementing databases, data collection systems and other data related systems to ensure efficiency and consistency of data analysis, identifying and interpreting possible trends and patterns while offering possible solutions to ensure consistent scalability and efficiency, understanding particular contracts and obligations, supporting Field Operations on process development and execution as well as escalations and client questions.
