Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred, but not essential
- Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar managerial role
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing business is a plus
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or similar role is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Core Operations: Act as the central hub, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of daily tasks across the business
- Flexibility in Duties: Support various departments and provide assistance wherever needed to drive company success
- Financial Assistance: Input invoices and assist with basic accounting tasks
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports for director-level management
- Client Relations: Ensure smooth communication with clients and maintain a high standard of professionalism
- Logistics Support: Work with logistics teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently
- Document Management: Maintain records, track data, and prepare necessary documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Process Optimization: Contribute to refining workflows for better efficiency and outcomes
