We are seeking a Head of Sales with exceptional leadership skills and a keen interest in clean energy assets. The ideal candidate needs to have a degree in the fields of marketing or business management and at least 10 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment. You need to have excellent communication and leadership abilities, knowledge of sales principles and best practices, understanding of and, preferably, experience in PPAs, the ability to gather and analyse research and data-driven insights, and the proven ability to lead a sales team towards growth.
Responsibilities will include establishing sales targets and relevant KPIs, identifying and securing partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders, analysing and reporting on sales performances and strategy, engaging with various teams across the board, and providing visibility into the sales process at every stage of development. You will need to be involved in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
