If you possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of HR management or business with 4 – 7 years of experience in a human resources administrative role then this opportunity is ideal! Our prime candidate will have an organised and diligent work ethic with a passion for learning about renewable energy and microgrid technology and showcase an eager approach to learning about green energy technology. You will get the opportunity to coordinate the company’s human resources activities, including overseeing staffing processes and maintaining operating procedures.

Key responsibilities will be coordinating performance management and any grievances, disciplinary hearings and exits, overseeing employee sourcing, recruitment, induction and onboarding, and managing and reporting on electronic timekeeping systems (TimeClock Plus) and activities. Additionally, you will need to maintain all relevant files and information related to human resources and execute payroll activities. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in the field or HR management or business

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 – 7 years of experience in a human resources administrative role
  • Keen interest in renewable energy and microgrid technologies
  • Ability to work with timekeeping systems (TimeClock Plus)
  • Excellent ability to coordinate with employees and management
  • Discreet approach when dealing with confidential information

RESPONSIBILITIES

His expertise caters to M&E activities, project management, impact analysis and assessments of funded water and renewable energy programmes that “enlighten” and uplift communities in rural Africa.

Muslim holds an MSc in Construction Management from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural Environment Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
