The ideal candidate needs to have a relevant Bachelor’s degree and experience with a PE placement agent. You need to have insights into investors interested in clean energy and impact investments, excellent research and numerical abilities, an independent and self-motivated work ethic, and a notable entrepreneurial and flexible nature. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include managing the fundraising process and maintaining a CRM database, supporting with preparing investment marketing materials, engaging with investors on data requests, arranging and coordinating investor meetings, and overseeing NDAs and initial investor contact. You will need to be involved in investor reporting, prepare and maintain virtual data rooms, and deal with DDQs and investor requests.
