As a Land Rights Specialist, your role involves conducting in-depth research to identify landowners in designated areas for project development. • A Bachelor’s in Town and Regional Planning
• A valid driver’s license is required

• 2-3 years of experience in land rights negotiations, acquisition, and other relevant experience
• A proven track record in negotiation and deal-making with land acquisition or town and urban planning
• A demonstrated ability to work with landowners and local communities

Your responsibilities would include researching and identifying landowners and portions of land identified for project development, building relationships with landowners such as farmers and local communities and managing the signing of land rights agreements. Negotiating with land owners and ensuring deals are closed with all relevant protocols followed would also fall under your role.

• Fluency in Afrikaans and English
