Education Requirements
- Bachelor (BLA), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Design (BDes) in Landscape Architecture or related degree
- A related, suitable qualification
Experience Requirements
- Three to five years experience as a Landscape Architect in a renewable energy, consultancy, real estate or other industry
- LVIA experience is required
- Technical knowledge of site analysis, technical specifications and environmental regulations
Responsibilities
As a Landscape Architect, you will work with a variety of professionals and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your duties and responsibilities would include some of the following:
- Land and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA)
- Site analysis
- Design concepts and creating detailed plans and specifications
- Selecting appropriate materials and technologies for the project
- Project management
- Environmental impact analysis
- You will play an integral part in conducting LVIA’s and related tasks
- Public outreach activities
