The ideal candidate will have a degree in software engineering or data engineering with 1 - 3 years of experience in data analytics or data science. You need to have a strong AI and Machine Learning understanding and be proficient in software language systems and tools such as R, Python, SQL, and AutoCAD to perform all data-intensive work mandates. As the energy data and performance analyst, you will use existing software systems and tools for data management, cleaning, report generation and analysis, use your expert data analytics experience to discover data quality issues and trends that you will analyze to identify possible root causes and then present actionable solutions that will improve efficiency in business operations, and perform database modelling duties and interpret the results of analyzed data which you will present in detailed reports that you’ve created.

Education Requirements
- Degree in software engineering or data engineering
Experience Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in data analytics or data science in the renewable energy sector
- Strong Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning understanding
- Proficient in R, Python, SQL, and AutoCAD software applications
- Proficient in working with large datasets from various sources with an in-depth understanding of how to leverage existing software systems and tools to solve data-related problems
- Skilled at data management, cleaning and developing algorithms
- MatLab experience

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include contributing to client deliverables by actively considering client questions and providing appropriate methodologies, as well as performing all data-intensive work mandates including writing code, structuring, and transforming databases, analyzing, and managing multiple datasets with thorough processes and methodologies. The energy data and performance analyst will also be responsible for all data modelling, and interpretation of results and will need to create detailed reports that will be presented on.
