Responsibilities
The Project Financing Manager will be responsible for:
- Establishing and evaluating financing partners for the company's projects to support the achievement of financial and project-related goals
- Leading the negotiation and communication of all international and local banks to evaluate potential financing opportunities and finalize such deals
- Working closely with Country Directors and other key internal and external functions for the successful financial closing of projects
- Coordinating project financing, ensuring effective resource planning and communication through all project phases
- Managing and coordinating project sales progress
- Evaluating purchase opportunities with Project Development leaders and negotiating and closing Power Purchase Agreements with international traders, utilities, communities, corporate, and others
