The ideal candidate will have a degree in the field of engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the field of recruitment and preferably have a background in the engineering sales environment. As the new Recruitment Consultant, you will be engaging with candidates and clients on all fronts including understanding the vacancy in detail and meeting and exceeding set KPI’s and targets. Your key responsibilities include updating various job boards and CRM systems in terms of job specs, candidate activity and client information, and developing and managing existing and potential client relationships. You will need to find candidates through direct sourcing, job portals, networking and referrals, and oversee the entire recruitment process, including compiling and submitting formatted CVs, scheduling interviews, and ensuring all necessary placement administration is processed.
