We are looking for an energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our team of highly skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will have a degree under their belt from a reputable institution with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or sales. Experience in a target driven environment is essential for this role. If you have experience in international recruitment, it will be highly beneficial! You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an output-driven approach to work mandates. You will have to be proficient in all MS Office systems and have an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive job mandates from clients and use your sourcing capabilities to make placements. You will engage with candidates using all communication methods, and make an effort to build a quality network. You will be expected to meet and exceed set KPI’s and Targets. You will be responsible for tracking all candidate and client interactions on the company’s CRM system, and managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will conduct all screening calls, format all candidate CVs into the company’s branded template, schedule interviews and submit all placement administration to the relevant systems.

Education Requirements
- Degree in any field at a reputable institution
Experience Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Renewable energy recruitment will be highly beneficial
- Excellent Candidate sourcing and networking capabilities
- Experience in the use of recruitment ATS systems, as well as sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Pnet
- International recruitment experience will be a big plus
- Ability to engage with clients and understand their needs
- A proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on work mandates is essential
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include sourcing quality candidates by using relevant tools when job mandates are received, interacting with candidates through various communication methods, managing the recruitment process as well as tracking all interactions on the company’s CRM system, formatting CVs, scheduling interviews, and processing all placement information. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for building a quality network to leverage from and building valuable client relationships.
