The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and at least 10 years of technical experience, preferably in the wind industry. You will need to be able to apply your technical and commercial knowledge to optimize solutions, have excellent negotiation and communication skills, have a result-orientated and driven work ethic, and utilize company diversity to promote and manage change. Regular local and international travel is required for this role, and you need to be fluent in both English and Spanish.
As the new Sales Engineer, you will be coordinating internal departments to ensure the presentation of a successful technical and commercial proposal to customers, overseeing weekly sales reporting, acting as a point of contact for technical queries from developers, consultants and customers, and approving the relevant budgetary proposals. You will need to identify technical market trends, develop and optimize technical and commercial solutions, prepare technical and commercial offers, organize confidentiality meetings and exchange information with external stakeholders, and continuously develop the technical sales process.
