Education Requirements
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is essential
Experience Requirements
- You should have 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong IT Background
- A strong background in account management is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and generating detailed reports
- Experience in working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth strategies
- Develop New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out new sales leads and prospects through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions that meet their business needs
- Effective Communication of Value Proposition: Present the benefits of products and services to potential clients through phone, email, and virtual presentations, ensuring understanding of value and ROI
- Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations
- Upsell, Cross-Sell, and Renewals: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals within the market and collaborate with the sales team to capitalise on these opportunities
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track, forecast, and report on sales performance and key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual projections
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, addressing requests and resolving concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver seamless solutions and drive business growth
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and decision-makers, to influence sales strategies and ensure successful outcomes for clients
