Solar Sales Consultant – Solar – Cape Town

Urban Eden is seeking an eager sales consultant based in Cape Town with experience in solar and a passion for the renewable energy industry to join a rapidly emerging, dynamic company!

The ideal candidate will be collaborating with a helpful, energetic team and will be responsible for executing and managing all sales processes including business development, lead management, overseeing and closing deals, and monitoring installations.

This is a noteworthy role for a motivated and outgoing sales professional with a keen interest in renewables and at least 1 – 3 years of relevant experience. • Qualifications in Business or Finance

• 1 - 3 years experience working in sales operations with at least 1 year in the renewable energy sector
• Background in sales, telecoms, and office automation
• Knowledge and a keen interest in renewable energy and PV solar technology

• Sourcing new business in the residential, farming, and commercial sectors
• Corresponding with and managing leads
• Overseeing and closing deals
• Monitoring and reporting on installations

• Outstanding communication skills
• Self-driven and motivated
• Collaborative and approachable attitude
• Knowledge of PV solar
• Experience in lead management
