We’re looking for a Talent Consultant to join our team onsite at our head office in Stellenbosch. Our focus is on recruitment across a range of career disciplines within the Renewable Energy, Sustainability, Climate-Change and Cleantech industries. We’re looking for a high-performing recruiter with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment —someone who enjoys working closely with people in a genuine way and takes pride in connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities.
In this role, you’ll support the management of key accounts and help deliver effective, strategic talent solutions to our clients. Experience in recruitment across finance, engineering, C&I, sustainability, or utility sectors would be a strong advantage. We're looking for someone with a strong track record, natural curiosity about people and the ability to identify and support talent. Authenticity, initiative, and collaboration are key to thriving in our team, along with clear communication and a sharp eye for detail.

Education Requirements
- A degree in any field at a reputable institution is non-negotiable
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment; a background in sales or consulting is a strong advantage
- Experience recruiting within the finance, engineering, C&I, sustainability, or utility sectors is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Establish strong client relationships by thoroughly understanding the scope of vacancies, including qualifications, experience, personality fit, and cost-to-company requirements
- Schedule regular client visits to foster relationships and gain insight into current and future hiring needs
- Leverage networking, referrals, direct sourcing, job portals, and databases to identify top talent
- Build connections with prospective candidates to evaluate their fit for current or future roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ professional qualifications and personal suitability
- Collect and verify all necessary documentation to confirm the accuracy of candidates’ information
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with well-prepared CVs for consideration
- Assist clients in scheduling interviews, including arranging travel for candidates if required
- Streamline the recruitment process by gathering and sharing feedback between clients and candidates effectively
- Facilitate client and candidate negotiations during the offer stage to ensure a mutually satisfactory agreement
