The ideal candidate is someone based in Tsanstabane or Kgatelopele with at least 3 years of warehouse maintenance and operation experience, along with a good understanding of warehouse management procedures. Through this experience, you’ve gained robust knowledge of inventory and inventory control and have superb problem-solving skills. To ensure you succeed, you need to be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform your duties in a manner that maximises profit. As the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing and following standards and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, managing general maintenance of equipment, tools and machinery, overseeing daily activities of the warehouse inventory control, space management and logistics, and making sure warehouse operations are smooth and efficient as well as providing services to the site team.
