Now that you have identified which professionals you would like to engage with, AltGen will arrange as many interviews as your team requires to make an educated hiring decision. We manage the relationship with the candidates on behalf of our clients, therefore it is ...
pivotal that we have a catch-up call to discuss how the interviews went and the next steps. As part of our premium service offering, you can request for an AltGen Senior Consultant to sit in on your interviews and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques. We find that participating in the hiring process results in our team’s ability to better match and understand your corporate identity and expedite the screening process on the next mandate.Our offices in Stellenbosch have breakaway rooms available for in-person interviews with clients and candidates if required.
