THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

For a smooth, quick, and effective recruitment process, it is vital that we work collaboratively to ensure that you have the best candidate sitting in your office by the end of our engagement. Our goal is to provide a service where we do all the heavy lifting and you only need to make the high-level decisions.

01. JOB ANALYSIS

AltGen Recruitment conducts an in-depth analysis of your requirements /wish list which includes an understanding of the required skills, experience, and company culture fit.

02. SIGN T&C’S

You sign off on our T&C’s and the AltGen Recruitment team will scope your role into our workflow depending on the urgency of the role and the required engagement you desire by our team.

03. CANDIDATE SOURCING

The AltGen Recruitment team begins sourcing and screening the candidates, carefully ensuring all your wish list items are ticked off and that the candidate has a good understanding of your company and its needs. Once we have suitable profiles, we translate the information learned into a comprehensive and professional CV for you to review. You can expect between 3 – 5 candidates’ CV’s to be submitted to you.

04. INTERVIEWS

After engaging with the CVs, we will arrange the interviews in your shortlisted candidates. During this stage of the process, it’s up to you as the Client and how you wish to run it – we will support you each step of the way to ensure a smooth offer process should you wish to employ. AltGen Recruitment conducts employment references prior to the final interview and qualifications and credit checks are done prior to an offer.

05. OFFER & PLACEMENT

Once you know which candidate is the perfect asset to your company, you send us the offer and we will have a quick chat before we engage with the candidate on your behalf. Upon your request, AltGen can conduct criminal background checks should you require.
