The Khâi-Ma 1000 Initiative is one of the community programmes delivered through AltGen Management Services’ Solar Works Programme in the Northern Cape. Built on meaningful local employment, the initiative brings together workforce management, community development, and environmental action to create lasting value where it matters most.

For every candidate placed through the AltGen Group, a tree is planted in their name by one of our community teams.

One of the biggest challenges facing rural communities is creating meaningful, sustainable employment.

Through AltGen Management Services’ Workforce Management Programme, community teams work across renewable energy projects in the Northern Cape while helping clients deliver their Economic Development (ED) and Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) commitments.
