A major renewable energy developer is seeking a senior EPC Contract Manager with over 10 years of construction and infrastructure experience to support the delivery of a large-scale utility solar portfolio.
This is a technical contracts role for someone who understands major construction projects. The focus is heavily on contract administration, claims management, variations, contractual compliance, and commercial risk mitigation across a multi-project environment.
Responsibilities:
Administering EPC construction contracts across multiple projects
Managing contractor claims, variations, and extension of time submissions
Ensuring contractual compliance and proper notice procedures
Supporting dispute avoidance and commercial risk mitigation
Maintaining contract registers, claims logs, and change order tracking
Working closely with Project Managers, contractors, and commercial teams
Ensuring consistency in contract administration across the project portfolio
Requirements:
8+ years’ experience within construction, infrastructure, energy, or large EPC project environments
Strong hands-on experience administering construction contracts on active project sites
Proven experience managing claims, variations, EOTs, and contractor correspondence
Extensive knowledge of EPC and FIDIC contracts
Experience working with international contractors and multi-contractor environments
Strong understanding of construction commercial risk and dispute avoidance
Degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
